I had a 360, that is, two incisions, both front and back. I did not have any cramping, and I never had any bowel problems except for the constipation that we all get with pain meRAB. The nausea I had was due to the meRAB, not the incision, as evidenced by how quickly it cleared up when they switched my meRAB.
I think there are pros and cons both ways. I found the front incision to be harder to recover from and more painful, but others here have said the back incision was much worse for them. The benefit of the 360 is that it has proven to have a greater success rate, but of course, two incisions are harder to recover from than just one.
The nerve pain can happen with either method.
I hope this was helpful.
Blessings,
Emily
