Hi all.....
Anyone have any good recovery advice? I am having ALIF surgery on dec. 16. A bit nervous but confident. I have suffered with back problems on and off for years. BUT....in april of this year....i was in a car accident that finished off my back. I have gone through test and procedures trying to get my back better and nothing helped. Or if it did help, it was short lived. So, after I endured the discogram the day before Thanksgiving, and after getting the results, I've decided to take my surgeons advice. Any good advice on recovery?
