algae in fish tank...how to get rid of it?

ok well I have a 20 gallon fish tank with one oranda and that's it.
I get this brown algae on my rocks, plants ( live and fake ) and on my glass. I scrape the glass,vaccuum the gravel, and scrub the plants as best as I can weekly when I do my 25% water changes.

The tank light is usually on about 10 hours a day and it is out of direct sunlight.

what can I do?
I know it isn't really bad for the fish, but it is so ugly.
 
Try to turn the tank light off a bit more, and you could also buy some anti algae liquid. Goldfish don't like to be alone, so I suggest that you get another Oranda.
