Just read that in 2008, a movie was shot with Helen Mirren and Anthony Hopkins portraying Alfred Hitchcock and the making of 'psycho'. From what little i've read it sounRAB good.

But there's hardly anything on the net about it? No date of release (exect 2010). I'm not even sure if it's a actual movie or televised.
 
It was never made...it was rumoured as being in production, and is tentatively slated for a 2010 release.

The project stalled during the writers strike.

Mirren and Hopkins were never officially attached to the project anyway...though in theory the film is still on the carRAB.

The film is based on a best selling book about the making of the movie by Joseph Rebello.

It's certainly an intruiging idea, to make a fictional movie based on a book about the making of a movie...
