Did they gay scenes end up getting cut from the UK DVD release as reported.

Anyone who has seen this film can they tell me what they think of it?

I didn't think much of it, horrible casting of Farrell as Alexander...

I think there are two versions on region 2? wouldn't know really, i have the original version on region 3 dvd and as far as I can see all the gay scenes are still in.

I think it's stupid taking them out.
 
I think you can buy the Director's Cut and the Theatrical Cut on R2. I haven't seen either but I can't see why such a big deal was made out of the gay scenes, I heard it was only implied? :S
