Alcohol Debate Help Please!?

I am doing a debate for school and I need to think of pro points (people that aggree) and con points (points that don't agree) to the following resoloution: the legal drinking age for alcohol should be raised from 19 to 21.

So con points: Why it shouldn't be raised
and pro points: Why it should be raised

The more points the better :)
