alchol and acne, how bad is drinking for youre skin?

i drink beer every night, and not drunk beer every night, and have never noticed a diffrence to what it makes to my skin personally.

was wondering what other ppl thought in here?:confused:
 
Yeah I suppose alcohol has an effect of acne cos its stripping your body of vitamins and minerals and dehydrating you. (this is a laymans opinion).

It all depenRAB on the individual really. Sometimes I can drink loaRAB and not break out and others I will.

I think taking care of yourself the day after is important also. Plenty of water (and also a glass/pint of water before you go to bed if you can manage) to keep yourself hyddrated overnight.
