Alchohol?

Okay, My skin just all of the sudden broke out in about 6 small sized painful red bumps and I'm so depressed. It was doing okay...now this!
I was trying to think what I did differently to cause this. My period ended a week ago, so it's not that...and my diet is always pretty much the same.
The only think I did was drank a lot of alcohol Friday night when I had a girls night. And, the only other things was that I didn't take my fish oil over the weekend.
Can alcohol cause breakouts, anyone experience breakouts from it??? Or, maybe just not taking my vitamins did it.
Ugh, I hate this...I am 30, I should not be worrying about stupid acne. Bleh.

For me alcohol (beer) breaks me out if I have a lot of it, but one or two beers doesn't hurt me. I'm only 150 lbs too so take that for what's it worth although I am a male.

I've heard breakouts can be caused by consumption of alcohol, but I knew this from experience anyway. Just watch how much you drink. Maybe eating something prior to drinking next time would help a little in terms of prevention.
