I'm not in the least bit offended. I just found it hard to choose.
I love Hendrix, but my heart belongs to soul.
Aretha Franklin touches me in the way Hendrix is incapable of doing.
Her voice is exquisite, a thing of real beauty, it moves me more than any guitar lick ever could. :)

Most albums that start of with a gem like "Dancing with the Moonlit Knight" would probably win, but given that this Gabriel era Genesis album has come up against the magnum opus of Yes, it has to be Yes.

Yes 2
Genesis 0

I never said it was bad, in fact it's a good album, and in the end very essential to the evolution of American Metal, and the whole scene in general. There's been some great Metal that has some strong Classical influence - and the Classical versions of Metallica's work seriously brings out the strong beauty that can be in their music - and atmosphere (Usually those who venture into Arabient), and I seriously like some of the more Prog and Experimental music that can possibly be connected to the history of Metal which has impressed me (For starters King Crimson in their Red era). I may not be 100% into Metallica's approach (Which sounRAB like they're trying too hard, although I still like what I hear through their early albums), but that's only an opinion, but their first four albums still are very important for the genre in my opinion.

I have to go with 7th Son. I'm a Maiden fan, but I agree, it's where they started to slide. Well, even a little before that, on Somewhere in Time

If you're not british where are you from?

You can't seriously be surprised that people might mistake you for a brit can you?

And I dunno, the most douchey musicians and media personalities I can think of are predominately british, there's just something about the mannerisms and slang that really grates on me.

I do prefer the "cheerio good chap" kind of british to the "bugger off you bloody tosser" kind of british.

British curse worRAB are just lame. Sh*t, F*ck, C*nt, C*ck, D*ck and Assh*le are all you need.

Hey....another tie!...I swear to god I'll start putting up classic rock albums if this apathy keeps up. Next Up...
