I don't know if it was laziness or what, but I had reminded you in this thread to put a new battle up. I went out of town for a couple of days and when I got back the thread had not seen any activity so I posted a battle I had sent Boo Boo a week earlier. Not a biggie, is it?

Yeah...wonder if it had anything to do with the fact that it was the first time they gave an artist freedom of expression?

I remeraber the first Sonic Youth song i heard, it was Unmade Bed, and i thought to myself "holy crap, this band is damn horrible, dreadful dreadful music."

Then i heard Candle, which i loved so much i got Daydream Nation, i fell in love with them from that point, i even like Unmade Bed now. :)

In short, Sonic Youth take some time to appreciate for some people.

So if I made you listen to The Fall's Cerebral Caustic album about 4 times a day for about 6 months are you telling me that wouldn't make any difference in your choice to listen to Hex Enduction Hour?

I'm going to have to go with Gogol Bordello for two reasons. One, because I really don't like Radiohead and two because I saw Gogol Bordello live at warped tour a few years back and they really impressed me. They have about the most unique stage presence I think I have ever seen.
