I have a guy in a class (he's albanian) and it seems like we click, he is always saying hi, he textes be back, flirts here and there. except he has not asked me out on a date or even to go out for something simple. Is it just him? is he not interested? is he just being nice? or is it his culture? he has been in the u.s for two years, previously he lived in albania.
