This would require killing off 2/3rds of the global population. If we look at it logically, the best place to start is with the tired, poor, teaming masses yearning to be free. Think of it like thinning the herd. We round them up and “free them” from the worries of mortal life. Everyone’s happy! They get to slip the surly bonds of earth, and we get to reduce our carbon foot print. In terms of resource consumption, China is a Juggernaut. 1.5 Billion People with India set to overtake those numbers in the next few years. ½ of the required culls can be filled by eliminating China, and India alone. A good rule of thumb here is that, with the noted exception of India, if you weren’t a member of the British Empire at one point or another…..I’m sorry, you are the weakest link, you’ve got to go. That should provide the needed 4 Billion.
