Anyone have any free Ajax website templates? Websites that provide these as a free download? Thanks.

I would also like free ajax forums, remotely hosted (not downloaded and hosted myself). With templates / skins and custom management.

If you were going to join a fan site on 1 particular game, and was turning into a community based network, what would u like in it?
 
It is not likely that you will find what your looking for due to the complexity. But, you should do a google search for it anyhow.
