airbag ford fiesta light flashing?

Hi, my airbag light on my ford fiesta is flashing, Ive had it diagnostic tested and no error codes have came up......and the guy didnt know where the sensor is but I know its under the seat (thanks to Google), I figure the airbag is fine but Ive disabled it somehow, does anyone know how to enable it???
