I know it's not technically called boot camp (it's BMT) but give me some slack, haha.
I know the biggest mistake I could make is to expect it to be easy. I'm expecting to be yelled at from the start and I'm expecting to do a lot of physical activity.

At this point in time, I'm not in that good of shape. I do plan on eating healthier and working out frequently. Is the Air Force physically demanding? To what extent should I try to push myself in my workouts at home?
I just want to be as prepared as possible (if that's even possible haha) so I don't have the worst time of my life.
Any tips or advice you can give me on AF BMT (or any basic training) would really help me out a lot.
I'm a 18 year old female.

&Please don't tell me to go join the Marines or something. I've made my mind about the Air Force and it is what I'd like to do with my life.

You'll be fine. With few exceptions, everybody is in about the same shape and you will progress together through the training. Don't sweat it because it's not that demanding. If you do fail the tests at the end, you get more than one chance to retake them.
