I know it's not technically called boot camp (it's BMT) but give me some slack, haha.
I know the biggest mistake I could make is to expect it to be easy. I'm expecting to be yelled at from the start and I'm expecting to do a lot of physical activity.
At this point in time, I'm not in that good of shape. I do plan on eating healthier and working out frequently. Is the Air Force physically demanding? To what extent should I try to push myself in my workouts at home?
I just want to be as prepared as possible (if that's even possible haha) so I don't have the worst time of my life.
Any tips or advice you can give me on AF BMT (or any basic training) would really help me out a lot.
I'm a 18 year old female.
&Please don't tell me to go join the Marines or something. I've made my mind about the Air Force and it is what I'd like to do with my life.
