build up your strength and endurance. Especially endurance. Run every day, as much as you can - train for a marathon. Drink lots of water. Eat fresh fruit. Boot camp is akin to a marathon and if you train well before, you won't be one of the many puking up their guts from running harder and faster and longer than their bodies can tolerate easily.

What should I do to excel at the boot camp PT. I've got an unknown amount of time (more than 31 days) and i'm curious, what should I do to become better to Ace the boot camp PT/Entry PT.

I have just been trying to build up my stamina. Running every other day and working on my push ups and sit ups.

I am not in the AF but my fiance is. What he did before he left was get up about 4 and go to bed about 9. He said this helped him to get up early when he was in BMT. He also went running every day for 4 miles and tried to beat his time every time he ran. He also did a lot of weight lifting. All you can really do is try to be at your top shape physically. It will help you a lot when you are there. You can also go on the AF website and look at a week-to-week schedule of what they do there. That might help you :) good luck :)
