S sob_04 Guest Jul 24, 2009 #1 When I turn my ac on, the compressor will not turn on. When I hook it up straight to the battery it will run, but still will not blow cold or even cool. Not sure if I have a refrigerant leak or not. Any suggestions?

G grey square New member Jul 24, 2009 #3 Sounds like u r ref. is low..the compressor will not run if it's too low they make a red dye to put in u r a/c to check for leaks.
