Air cadets-what can I write on a form to apply for a promotion to corporal?

I have been in air cadets for nearly two years and have decided to apply for a promotion to corporal. I just don't know what to write on my form? The questions asked are:
1. Why do you think you should be promoted?
2. How will the squadron benefit by you being promoted?
3. What would you change in the squadron and why?
4. List anything which will support your application

I don't understand the last question at all and don't know what to write for any of the others. Can you help please?

hmm tough one

i was in the army cadets and we were promoted on merit

1) i think i should be promoted because of my knowledge and experience i have gained can be passed on to junior cadets
2) the benefits are that i will be able to pass on my vast experience
3) this one has to be entirely up to you as i dont knwo if things need changing
4) you list your experience any awards you have gained that would help you be a good corporal

hope this helps

You need to convince them that you have the maturity and leadershop abilities to be promoted to corporal so add in things like you think you have gained a lot of experience in your last two years and would welcome the chance to pass it on to younger members of the squadron, that you think you have good leadership qualities as well as being able to work in a team, that you can relate to others well. The last question is where you add any courses you have been on, times when you have taken charge and it has gone well or anything that will look favourable for you such as an event which you have been looking after that worked particularly well.
Good luck.
