I have tried everything from writing down my thoughts, listen to music and calling my boyfriend for support. My boyfriend was asleep so he wasn't available to help me. Now I feel like before I go to bed I have to do something to release this agitation and it is just getting to the point where it is one of those times where I have to cut into my legs. Normally I'm told to take a walk but that is not an option since it is dark outside and I don't feel safe doing it. If I hadn't already taken my night medicine I would drive somewhere.
