i recently got a 10 gallon tank from a friend, and it included 4 fish. 2 algae eaters, and 2 neon tetras. after getting the tank all set up. i went to the store and bought 5 more fish. 3 guppies, and 2 platy's. but one of my algae eaters, i think hes a chinese algae eater? its being really territorial and aggressive to all the other fish. so i want to remove him from the tank, but i dont have any other tanks, and extra heaters and filters or anything, all i really have is a 1 gallon bowl, but its way to small. so i dont know where i could put to algae eater:/ i dont think i can afford a whole other tank, and i cant just throw it away.. does petco, or petsmart accept free fishes? help
the algae eater is supposed to grow up to 3 inches. im am NOT putting it in the small one gallon bowl without a heater and a filter, nor any gravel or decorations.
