I am 43, way outta shape, I know there is muscle tone under my fat. I bought a weight bar and 2 25lb plates to do curls with and I bought 2 rotating push up handles. I am taking a bunch of supplements like L-Arginine and Tribulus-Pro. I want to start bulking up my arms first before I start anywhere else. I am lazy and lack a ton of energy after I get home from work so I need some advice on high energy build up, how to maintain stamina and the best and fastest way to get results in my arms so I dont lose focus and quit.
