After you graduate marine corps boot camp do u get leave and if so then for how long?

Yes, you can take up to 30 days. You can also sign up to be a recruiter assistant for 30 days to save leave. I did this and it was pretty cool. I got to ride around with the recruiter and help him get people to sign up. Its easy.
