...wonderd if I could apply for a? passport here in the U.S and leave without it to mexico and after a month when my passport is ready it can be sent to me in mexico so I can reenter the U.S is possible?

There is no guarantee that your new passport will be ready in a month. Plus you'll be asked to see it when you leave the U.S. and again when you try to get into Mexico. You'll have to postpone your travel until after you receive your passport. I don't think your plan will work.
