after 50 miles how can i fix this? ive put new studs and new nuts on the wheels and still same problem

and for colt that shit box you refer to has never had a mechanical problem in the last three years ive owned it.
would putting the factory wheels back on help,cause i have went to the part store to get the right lugs and have been torqued.seriously these lugs are loosening and come off way to quit.its not a matter of tightening them and yes they are after market
