after formatting my flash drive went from 2GB to 191MB. HELP?!?!?!?

I bought a 2GB Kingston DataTraveler 101 (DT 101). I "quick formatted" the flash drive, which in turn reduced the size from 2GB to 191 MB.

Is there anyway i can get the additional memory back???
I tried formatting it in Fat, Fat32, NTFS and exFat all four of these still only showed 191MB allotted "capacity".

Please HELP!!!
