yes u can request a DNA test to establish paternity..but usually if your name is on the birth certificate and u were married at the time of birth then your presumed father until a DNA test proves otherwise..
You would need a swab from the child and another from the man who is disputing paternity. In many states, not being a child's bio dad does not relieve you of child support obligations, so check your state's laws.
