Afraid to have sex because of the consequences, but want safest way to have multiple

partners? Had sex several times. But the only thing i fear is pregnancy and std's.. I have alot of girls who wanna have sex with me, but that thought always comes up. i tell my friends, they tell me they hate me cuz i get girls to send me dirty pictures of themselves, and invite me out and talk about either them giving me a *******, etc.
I wanna have sex, I really do. I don't wanna seem inexperienced, but what is the best way to avoid pregnancy..? I wanna have multiple partners, i plan on using condoms all the way through.
I plan on moving in like 4 months, and I know there are going to be more girls out there, and im hitting the age of 21 soon. I'll meet girls on bar nights, i have a roommate in line who gets girls without trying as well. He kind of thinks highly of me already and thinks i already know what im doing, but i'd be too embarrassed to ask how he does all kinds of girls and doesn't get them pregnant and what not
and the time i've had sex before were bad experiences.. i've had the girls tell me they were pregnant just to scare me :/..
 
Always use condoms with spermicide or lube with spermicide. Get tested monthly if you are sleeping with multiple partners.

Condoms are effective but only like 98% also remember some stds can be transmitted by oral sex as well.

start a swinger's group where initiation is getting tested for ALL STDs by professional medical staff i.e. doctor or health clinic and adhering all members to stay strictly monogonous within group members only.
Any straying will cause instant out of the group.
