This is a section to discuss all things Australian Rules Football if you don't like it fair enough, spare yourself from asking multiple question about our game. We are not in this section because we dislike it.

If you ask this type of Q in the Aussie Rules section of YA, you are going to cop it! FACT

People are not going to not answer just because you ask them not to. It is our right to answer whatever question we like on here. FACT

If you don't understand/like Aussie Rules (FYI, AFL is not a sport. AFL is the governing body of the major Aussie Rules competition in Australia) don't watch it, don't read about it and don't waste your time asking questions about it. Life is too short to bother with things that don't interest us.

So to answer your question, no it is not a stupid sport. In fact in a recently released worldwide story, Aussie rules rated in the top 5 most watched sports worldwide. So it would seem that you are somewhat alone in your theory (both you and the harry potter person.)

TIM, SHUT UP!!! Stop bagging AFL. This question is an embarrasment. AFL is totally great. What other sport can allow games to score goals all the time. By the way: AFL is (for the 6th year in a row) the biggest attended championship match (AFL Grand Final) for any domestic or international final.

AFL is way better than any other sports on the planet. AFL has grown all over the Pacific to become one of the national sports of PNG, and has grown hugely in the last few years.

Just thought I would add to in response to Future Eagles Mummies email sender we have some great kids on this section in fact they are some of the best contributors and have more maturity than some stirrers will ever have.
 
if you dont like it, then why are you wasting your time, effort and points here posting it in the AFL section where AFL supporters roam??

Dont you think that if people did not like AFL, that they would be browsing other categories?
