AF51 unlocked ok with Joker

Well, not really. this has happened to me also with an al21

After unlock, the phone HAS SIGNAL, and it shows the Provider Network Name, when you make a call , it automatically Drop he call, the Call Fails, if you request a service , ie: *222# also fails.
 
just to be sure if this is the fact, I repaied the IMEI with a different number and disabled OTP checking on the phone, the phone , still doesn't make/receive calls/sms
