I am always anxious as if I have come down with Generalised Anxiety Disorder,
given that I am now consulting a psychologist.
I am really underweight with weak or no muscles (skinny).
It is believed that aerobic exercises could help me relieve my anxiety.
Yet, aerobic exercises could also consume lots of energy rendering difficulties putting on weight.
P.S. I seldom or never do exercises aerobic or resistive from a child.
What to do?
Will anxiety lead to being underweight or skinny for indigestion?
