A girl my family knows asked if I could cook for her at the local steakhouse here, I am a waiter and was a busboy before and I'm also a personal trainer, however I only work once a week and it is looking like I won't be a waiter soon. Finding a job is hard to find (small town, no opportunities) so I kinda need this but I've never cooked for a restaurant, I can cook well enough but I'd like some pointers.
