advice regarding new activation of BEV digital package

Hi, I plan to activate a new service with Digital Plan Standard. 32/mth. Would it be beneficial for me to purchase a 3100 receiver (legit) from someone for 50$, or to simply get the equipment from Bell; Single Tuner Digital 4120 Satellite System. Would I be able to use my 3100 receiver to activate this new service, and obtain the Satellite dish from Bell? would that be included in the installation?
 
I would say buy a new receiver... Why?

If you open an account using your existing receiver here is what it would cost you:
35$ transfer charge
Tech charges
No promo

If you buy a new receiver here is what you will get:
1rst receiver installed free, including dish installation (50$ if you want to install the second one, the 3100 ou currently have. You can also decide to connect that one yourself)
New clients promo (month free or discount on service)


The major difference is that with the second option you would have to sign a 2 years contract while with the 1rst option you will remain a free man
