Advice on getting back to normal weight after being sick?

I was sick for three weeks, basically bronchitis.. I'm back from school on break and my doctor put me on antibiotics because I still have the chronic cough. So I have to lay low for 10 days, but unfortunately I lost about 7 pounds. I'm 6'2 and weigh around 143 right now. So I am wondering what foods I should eat to help me put weight back on in a good way. I would like to start working out again after my 10 days so I can build muscle and bulk up a little. So any advice to a good diet to help me get back to my ideal weight. Thanks!
