Can anyone recommend a good shortish section of the Canal du Midi for a day's cycling for 2 middle-aged occasional cyclists? We're after a stretch of about 10 km that features the classic tree-lined tow-paths (i.e.. 20 km there and back). If there are other interesting sights along the way so much the better.
