It's a red 2002 Ford Mustang, $5,495. with 121k miles, automatic. i went to go check it out and it has a minor leak commin from the exhaust and the tires are very worn out. I asked for them to give it to me for $4000 and they said yeah but i would have to take it how it is, but if i give them $45000 they will fix tires and leak with a 1 month warranty for passing inspection and 1 month warranty for the engine after it passed insepction. It is from a mini dealer. should i or should i not? thanks for the advice.
