Advice on basketball mixed with fitness..?

Just wondering how much cardio should be thrown into a 17 year olds week. 6'0, 180 pounds and fit and play basketball down at the park nearby about 3 times a week for 4 hours each time. Also any good basketball drills to improve jumping a couple inches would be helpful
