advice on a better lifestyle please itd appreciate it sooo much!!?

im 16 and used to go to bed at around 10 and get up at 7. i didnt eat breakfast or lunch but snacked a lot after school, but now that summers here i feel like i am just eating all the time out of boredom and i hate it!!

my sleeping pattern sucks to, i stay up late for no reason, like go to sleep at between 12 and 1 and get up at 9 or 10, which i dont like at all. i feel that lack of sleep and activity is making me feel constantly bloated..

im not fat but feel im gaining weight. how do i get to sleep earlier again, because i now find it hard to sleep earlier, and what can i do to improve my lifestyle? please please help im really unhappy about my entire routine. the only thing im happy about is i drink 8 glasses of water a day.
 
Do more exercise - this will make your body tired and crave sleep. You'll be able to fall asleep earlier. You'll also sleep better. Don't do this exercise right before bed, do it in the middle of the day. Also, make sure you work hard enough to build up a sweat, don't just go for a walk. Good luck!
 
Try a double tea bag mug of Chamomile Tea. It will knock you out. Start drinking it at 7 PM. And you will find that you have more energy during the day, to get exercise and eat right if you don't skip breakfast and lunch. Snacking continuously will not help you at all. You need "real" Food.
 
firstly, stand up earlier in the morning, this might be difficult at first but it will force you to go to sleep earlier at night. then go jogging, cycling, play some casual sport (soccer, rugby, cricket netball) with your friends. never just sit in front of the TV, rather read a book or do some cooking. don't take afternoon naps...ever! try to keep yourself to eating 3 meals per day, breakfast, lunch and dinner and then you can have a snack in between (not a piece of cake, rather a fruit or yogurt). keep up the good work on the 8 glasses of water per day :P.
 
well for starters, keep the water going! try cooking. not to snag a good man, but to keep you healthy. THEN you know what goes into your food and your body. google everything you have questions about. if you like say, coffee, google it pro and con. i found it has more anti-oxidants than green tea, up to 4 cups are not harmful, so i drink my strong coffee with impunity.
all spices seem to be anti-cancer, too. pepper is a good imunity booster.
avoid pills, supplements. etc, these all just want to profit on your health concerns...
eat fruit for snacks, vegetables, too. carrots, celery, avacado (don't let the fat scare you- it is good fat. use butter, not margarine.
be active. go biking, running, swimming, soccer playing. whatever you like as long as it is active. checkers is not active! tennis is! if youlike golf, walk, don't ride. same if your streets are safe- walk-don't ride!
think of yourself as pretty. notice the positives in you, stay positive. think how your good food will help you to stay healthy and pretty.
fish has good oil, also olive oil is best as it is not high heat processed. most others are and they feed you cancer causing free-radicals. coffee fights free radicals. as does green tea. MAKE TEA don't buy bottles of it. flavored teas are usually adulterated CHEAP teas with fake raspberry, currant or whatever smells like a candle. not good!
