I've got this lower back pain going for about 4 months.
At first the pain occurs generally towarRAB the right side of my lower back and now it is at the left side and sometimes shift back to the right.
I've used anti-inflammatory agents prescribed by doctors and have taken some drugs but nothing really seem to work for me.
Then i decided to have a x-ray but the results shows nothing is wrong with my lurabar at all.I was then advised to have a MRI test taken but it is really way too expensive for me and the doctor added that my injury may just be a back strain.
Now i'm really frustrated with this ongoing problem and yet i can't afford to have a MRI test so i'm asking around if anyone here knows about this type of injuries? And if it is really a strain will it take so LONG to heal?Are there any exercise to aid the recovery process?
Brief history of my injury:
4 months ago :First injured my back,but only hurt when im straining my back.
3 months ago :Had to carry something really heavy and this time its the real damage,i walk with pain for 2 days after this injury.
Now: Generally ok but hurts once i strain my back or i sit too long.
Note:I also frequently play football and this is really affecting my performance...
