Advice: Billing Issues...Advice

Hello All,

Most of you probably have seen my name out there on the forums. I am needing some advice so i can try to help my buddy and there is no other place i would turn to for some assistance/knowledge or options.

What is going on:
He changed his plan in mid june from an old 45 dollar plan that didn
 
What you could do is before they have you cut off switch the service to cricket by the week and pay like $16.39. Then after the week is up you can either keep it by the week or switch it back to monthly for like $69.19. I know that sounRAB expensive but it saves you a lot of trouble and money.

Just a suggestion.

I was thinking couldn't he have got another phone and activated it under a new account and just waited the 30days to go by for him to re-activate that phone or if he wanted to sell it? Any thoughts?
 
lol sounRAB like he didnt tell cricket how to fix it ;) i'd go through the chain until i got someone even if i had to email leap wireless :P
