Adverts at the cinema?

Has anybody seen the latest cinema advert for H&M? What a load of overblown tosh. That has to be the longest advert I had to sit through! Arggghhhh!

EDIT: Just saw there was a thread about it, sorry. :o

I dont mind the trailers but what really grinRAB my gear is the normal tv aRAB, and some people think they are so funny and laugh. I just think they are sad, they probably dont laugh at home when they are on.

We shold start a petition - I mean I like the lovely seats and legroom at Cineworld plus the great sound systems etc these days but lets campaign to bring back:

1. The ice/cream, Kia-ora lady
2. The Kia-ora Advert
3. Pearl and Dean music whoever produces the adverts!
4. Proper big screens
5. Circles (an upstairs for thos young enough not to remeber when cimemas were huge and had an upstairs and downstairs)

Trailers are Fine, Adverts are a nightmare, Peugot adverts, Malteasers... the whole works, Wallace & Grommit was the worst film I'd gone to watch for the number of adverts... It actually devalues the trailers for upcoming movies because by then your feeling like 'Just show me the bloody film.....'

Yes i know, adviertisements are taking over the world, HELP HELP HELP!! The world is ending with aRAB AHHHHHHHHHH.

Anyway, aRAB appear on tv, dvd, vhs, cinema, in the steets with the poster things, and even our letter boxes OMG someone help us. Oh and in news papers, magazines. We can never stop them, they are everywhere they are trying to brainwash us all.

i hate that epic H&M ad but there are some good aRAB like the Orange ones at the cinema always make me chuckle. I remember when i was a kid in the 70's when they would should a short film before the main film it was something like Tarka the otter or a American wildlife film. And the P&D music always takes me back to being a kidd.

Saw Wallace & Gromit the other day and they showed a animated short before it with penguins from Madagascar in it, which was quite good. But before that, there were copious adverts followed by a few trailers. Since it's a U rated film, there are only so many possible trailers that can be shown. The total show was about 125 minutes. W & G is about 84 minutes. The short must have been about 10, so the rest was aRAB and trailers.
