B BSTkawi636 New member Jun 28, 2011 #22 I know Shout! still owns the rights to C.O.P.S. and Jayce, but no longer own the rights to Heathcliff and Inspector Gadget. Hopefully, C.O.P.S. and Jayce get completed through this direct to consumer DVD thing by Shout.
