So a guy I dated a few months back, it was never serious & it never really ended we both just kinda disappeared. He just sent me a text this afternoon after 3 mos of not talking saying "You forgot about me!" I took a few hours to text back and I sent "I didnt forget about you

I know he prob was only looking for a booty call or something but he has amazing timing cause I just broke up with someone and I could use a little casual fun with someone I trust. My question is he hasnt text back to that yet and its been a few hours...was what I said enough for him to think i'm interested...should i send another text to hook up?
