adult acne

i;m a 25year old female who has over the last two months developed pussy pimples on both my cheeks and jaw line. unfortunately they are starting to scar. what could be the cause of it? could it be the change in climate? ( as i am currently traveling in new Zealand.) what can i do to get rid of them?
 
Ask a pharmacist for Brevoxyl (this an Australian brand, avaliable in NZ)... apply it morning and night after clensing
