Adobe Photoshop Help?

I use Adobe Photoshop 7 and I've accidentally managed to change the guides shortcut's (Ctrl + ;) function to zoom out instead of toggling the guides on or off. Any help how to put it back please? It's really taking much of my time to go to View just to get to toggle them on/off.
 
You could just throw your preferences away and go back to defaults. If that doesn't work, I wonder if some other application is globally interfering with the shortcuts. Have you installed anything else lately?
