I'm doing this for my one year anniversary with my boyfriend. This is one of the gifts (ie - photoshopping our pictures) Well I have a very old version, I know. But I've always been interested in graphic designing. Can someone tell me BASIC stuff to edit pictures/make banner and graphics? Like how to make a shimmery background or how to add an effect to a persons face in the picture? I just want to know what is used for what so later I know what to click on accordingly and then I'll experiment and manage myself. Please can I get the basic help? Thank you all!
