Adobe photoshop 7.0 Error: Could not complete your request because of program error?

Exactly as mentioned above, I have adobe photoshop 7.0 every time I open a file add some changes and try to save that error message pops up. In the morning it worked fine but all of a sudden that message appears now. I tried deleting the pref file and also restarted photoshop but I still get the same error I deleted the pref file several times I also did a reboot and still nothing, any suggestions? Operating system Windows xp 32bit. Also this happens when I try to save, not when I tried to open an existing photo
