Adobe Flash Player Wont Work. Can you help?

Help me!
Every time I starts installing a box pops up saying it failed to install. I've uninstalled my old version and normally when I go to click the yellow bar underneath the address bar the whole thing crashes
Help Me!
 
Have found that this is mainly caused by IE8 being installed ...try resetting computer to an earlier date or if not sure then from your browser search firefox and install that as your main browser ...I use this now all the time and have found it t be much quicker ....
