adobe flash player won't install?

I can't get adobe flash player to install on windows xp the web site says it installsd it but nothing seeing i know nothing i need help any ideas
 
Are you using Mozilla Firefox as your web browser? if so you will have to manually install it when the Load screen pops up then close the web browser then use the pop up and install it. the restart the firefox web browser, but other then that i dont know what your problem would be with that? hope this helps you. :)
