ADOBE FLASH PLAYER TROUBLE - please help!?

I can't watch videos on youtube, so when I click on the link and click "Download/Install it tells me to wait for a little pop up to come up. Only, it doesn't pop up?! I've been trying all day! Why won't it come up?
I've turned off the Pop Up Blocker!

Please Help!

Go to adobe's site to download it if it isn't popping up, i don't know why that is??? :S there might be a bar at the top of ure screen however when it trys? But just google adobe flashplayer then go to the link from adobe's site :)
