Adobe Flash Player problems? Please help? 10 points!?

Hello.
I have FireFox, Safari, and Internet Explorer on my computer.
I have a Windows and whenever I try going on a website it freezes then a little box comes up saying:
"A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player 10 to run slowly. If it continues to run, Your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?"
Then I can't do anything on that website anymore.
I tried going to the same website in all the Browsers I have.
All of them did the same.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
 
The unnamed website you are visiting. You are lucky Adobe and Windows are warning you. There were a lot of security holes in previous versions of Flash.

All your browsers use the same Flash plugin. Changing browsers won't help. Don't hang out on sites that make your computer lock up.
